Today is the day...

That I came back to Blogger and have created a "forced" blog!

I'm having a hard time deciding what to make for my final web project! I recently got married, so I could write about how to have a cheap wedding that is extremely sentimental and fun, or how to honeymoon in Montreal. Or I could write about how to be goth in Philadelphia.... Maybe I should write about record collecting, though it's something I've really fallen behind on because I have no money! Ever! I could dedicate my entire website to my favorite superhero, Batman. Maybe it should be a funny website on how to live with an artist. Or I could write a website on how to be a girl gamer.

As you may have figured out from reading this so far, yes, I am quite the nerd. I'm also very scatterbrained and a little self-absorbed, so I might be blogging a lot but never able to organize/carry out anything...

I think writing about throwing a "cheap" wedding, as you put it, would be really useful. My daughter may be getting married in the next few years, and when I hear what weddings cost these days, I cringe.

Sounds like you have lots of possible ideas. I especially like "how to be a girl gamer" and record collecting. How to be goth in Philadelphia would be funny too. On a related note, I'd be especially interested in "how to be goth in Phoenix, AZ"-- i used to live there and I was always concerned for the kids wearing long, black pvc trenchcoats and such during 120 degree summers!

Congratulations on your recent marriage and many years of happiness!!!

I like your suggestion of "how to have a cheap wedding that is extremely sentimental and fun" with the focus being on sentimental and fun. Many people have ideas of what a wedding should be, but don't have much fun due to stress, family issues, trying to please everyone, etc. Maybe planning a wedding that meets your personality! It's your day, have fun and let your personality and interests be a part of it. A possible website could offer suggestions, tips, and resources in this area (as well as an area on keeping costs down).

(On that note, I spent nearly four hours in the King of Prussia mall last night with my mother-in-law helping her choose a dress for my brother-in-law's upcoming wedding. That could be a whole page right there.)

I like the taking a test to be a tour guide topic something with a bit of controversy is always a plus but for personally I am hoping you chose to do the for the “how to throw a cheap wedding”. Might come in handy soon…
